Elder Colin H. Bricknell was called to the Third Quorum of the Seventy in April, 2008. Among previous callings, he served as President of the Idaho Pocatello Mission, Stake President and counselor, Bishop and counselor, counselor in the MTC Presidency, institute teacher, and other teaching and leadership positions.
Elder Bricknell studied at Durban Technical College and owned an electrical contracting business. He worked as a real estate manager for the Africa Southeast Area of the Church prior to his retirement in 2012. He is married to Elizabeth Fitchet. They are the parents of five children.
