Media Representatives learn first hand about Church teachings

Members and leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Gulu district recently held a meeting with the press to help them understand more about the church and its teachings.

The meeting that was held on the 12th of May 2017 at the NUMEC Board room in Gulu. It attracted over 20 representatives from various media houses operating in Gulu town located just over 300 kilometers North of the captial, Kampala.

 

The Church was represented by Mr.Giles Odongo, Mr.Patrick Kumakech and Mr Ojera among others.

After the  presentations, the media personnel were allowed to ask questions that they needed more enlightment on. This gave them a chance to learn first hand more about the Church.

Members of the press expressed gratitude for the opportunity to interact with the church and for the opportunity to understant the Church better.
